Once in a while you come across something so profound that it really make you take a stock of yourself and everything around you.
Here is one such event. This is a video of a talk that Sir Ken Robinson gave at last year's TED conference (a friend of mine introduced me to it). He outlines a brilliant case of how our education system is really designed for an industrial age and not a high tech one. And how during the course - we really train people out of their creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
While he talks in the context academic and education system, I found in his talk the essentials and golden nuggets on which to build a great and successful company.
With that in mind, we start this new year with a renewed commitment to our customers of bringing to them the best in class products by continuing to innovate and fostering a culture and environment inside Connectbeam that rewards innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
